Terms & Conditions
- This competition is open to all schools in the UK, except employees and families of Beiersdorf UK Ltd. or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
- No purchase necessary. Entries must be received by email (pictures scanned and attached) onbuddyup@rapportgroup.com or post submission to: Buddy Up- Be Weatherwise! C/O The Rapport Group, Epic House, 128 Fulwell Road, Teddington, TW11 0RQ
- All responses must be received by midnight on Monday 27th June 2011.
- All responses will be valid to enter. Teachers can submit as many entries from students as collected.
- Ask your talented pupils to use imagination and colour to design a new weather symbol for a weather forecast. Each design should be accompanied by a short written weather forecast using the symbol. The weather forecast can be for their local area or the UK as a whole and it does not have to be accurate!
- Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the websites beyond their reasonable control. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure of any of the third parties involved in this promotion to fulfill their obligations, although they will always endeavor to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
- Five winning entries will be chosen by a NIVEA SUN representative on 27th June 2011 and will win a weather station for their school. Ten runner up prizes will be classroom weather station monitors. The teacher of the winning pupils will receive a NIVEA SUN goody bag with a value of £50. Presentations of the prizes will be arranged with each winner individually and will be delivered prior to 22nd July 2011.
- The prizes cannot be modified and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.
- Upon request, the names and counties for the winners shall be made available. Requests should be sent with a stamped addressed envelope to NIVEA SUN Schools Competition Beiersdorf UK Ltd, 2010 Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham B37 7YS.
